My interpretation of it is it that the cross sign represents the international medical group, that helps people. Hence it is basically about the eternal trend of women being consistently objectified, and the hypocrisy of society(higher authority and constitution are largely male dominated) that always tries to better itself but keeps overlooking the one issue of equality for women. I hope you don't mind that me saying that. It is probably off the mark? But I that was what jumped at me so I felt I had to share it :) Keep up the website!
